I never planned to become a minimalist – I loved all my stuff. In fact, I actually hoarded a lot of it – from clothing that I never wore, to magazines I bought years ago and never read again, and of course loads of sentimental items.
But a divorce in 2016 and health crisis that landed me in hospital twice in one month early in 2017 lead me on a journey of self-discovery. Through assessing & removing what no longer served me, I started rebuilding a life around what matters most to me.
